Orders: Orders will be processed in Canadian currency and shipped to the destination supplied by the Purchaser within five (5) business days using Canada Post. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. To cancel or modify an order, please contact us on the same day your order is placed.
Returns: Because of potential content copying and ripping, downloads and opened Compact Disks are not returnable. However, if your product is damaged when received (i.e. in transit), or not the product ordered, contact us within 14 days and we will figure out a remedy such as returning the product for a full refund, or replacing it.
In that case:
1. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and AxeRecords.ca will not refund return shipping costs.
2. We reserve the right to verify return product information before issuing a return credit or refund (i.e. confirming damaged or defective product).
3. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during the return shipment of your order.
4. Promotional discounts or coupons have no cash value and are not refundable.
5. Unless we made an error in order processing or shipping, return shipping fees will apply for all items. For your convenience, shipping charges will be automatically deducted from your refund amount. Additionally, unless there was an error on our part, any shipping fees on the original order are not refundable.
